    NOTICE OF THE 1ST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
    PERSATUAN SLE MALAYSIA’S KUCHING CHAPTER

    This is to inform you that the 1st Annual General Meeting of Persatuan SLE Malaysia (PSLEM)’s Kuching Chapter will be held as follows:

    Date : Sunday, 13 December 2009
    Time : 10:30 a.m.
    Venue : Amphitheatre, Jalan Budaya, Kuching
    Agenda :
    1. Welcome remarks by the President of the Pro-tem Committee, PSLEM Kuching Chapter
    2. Election of Committee Members for the PSLEM Kuching Chapter for the period 2009/2011

    Registration will begin at 10.00 am. Refreshments will be served.

    Members wishing to place an item on the agenda will have to give PSLEM’s Executive Secretary notice in writing. Please send to Persatuan SLE Malaysia, 3rd Floor, Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, 16, Jalan Utara, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, or e-mail to pslem@streamyx.com or pslemhq@gmail.com at least five (5) days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
